Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for. Items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
  • All original tags still attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale

Return Process

To start a return, please email honeybloomva@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and preferred refund method. (store credit or refund to your original form of payment).

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be inspected and processed.
